Our customer, a major international group operating in various markets and offering a wide range of services, required a flexible and scalable digital ecosystem: this had to be capable of responding to local requirements while maintaining global consistency. To meet these complex needs, our client asked us to develop and deploy a adapted multisite architecture.

We've developed several types of instances (or shells) based on modular templates, specifically adapted to our customer's needs and its diversified markets :

Country site shell: Enables rapid deployment in new territories, while offering the ability to customize content and functionality according to local specifics.
Service site shell: Designed to highlight services specific to each country or business sector, making navigation easier for users.
E-shop site shell: Optimized for markets where our customer offers products online, with simplified management of product pages and a tailor-made payment tunnel.

These shells, offered at a flat rate, can be delivered within a week to a month, depending on specific needs.

✚ Implementation process

Creation of a request form enabling our customer to select the type of site to be developed and choose the functionalities required within the site factory.
Validation of requirements and integration of the project into our development schedule.
Delivery of a pre-production version within a week to a month depending on the urgency of the need.
Close collaboration with our customer to test, adjust, contribute and finalize the project before it goes live.

✚ Results

To date, almost 25 of our customer's sites are in production within this ecosystem. Thanks to this solution, the group benefits from centralized and simplified management on an international scale. The speed and flexibility of the shell deployment has enabled our customer to gain greater agility in the management of its sites.
