Saphore is an iconic player in tire distribution. The company offers a wide range of tires suitable for a variety of vehicles, from passenger cars to industrial vehicles. With a strong commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, Saphore strives to provide reliable and sustainable mobility solutions.

To support its growth and improve customer service, Saphore needed a robust, flexible and high-performance website. It was against this backdrop that our agency, Parker+Parker, was asked to design and develop their new brand web platform, enabling them to foster their digital transformation.

What challenges have we met?

Saphore needed a content management system (CMS) that would enable its team to update product information, news and promotions autonomously and efficiently. Content management had to be intuitive and fast.

Technical features developed

Advanced content management system

We've developed a tailor-made digital tool enabling Saphore to easily manage their product catalog. All this by creating numerous dynamic page templates, making it easy to update and publish a variety of content.

Dynamic product catalog

We've implemented a dynamic product catalog, offering advanced search and filtering features. Users can quickly find the tires they need by filtering by vehicle type, size, brand, etc.

Enhanced security

To guarantee data security, we have implemented several protective measures, such as SSL encryption, two-factor authentication for administrators and continuous monitoring for potential threats. The site also complies with data privacy standards (RGPD).

API integration

Saphore's website is interfaced with their CRM and ERP via secure APIs, guaranteeing seamless data synchronization. This integration enables efficient management of inventory, orders and customer service.

Responsive design

We've designed a responsive design, optimized for all types of terminal (desktop, tablet, smartphone), ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user experience, whatever the device used.

Optimizing SEO

To improve Saphore's online visibility, we optimized the site for SEO: URL structure, meta tags, content optimized for relevant keywords. In addition, caching and resource optimization techniques were implemented to ensure fast loading times.

Personalized customer area

A secure customer area enables users to create an account, view their order history, download specific documents and access personalized information. This space is secure and complies with data confidentiality standards.
