Project objective
The main objective was to create a scalable platform, easily administrable and adaptable to the multiple needs of both internal users and customers. In particular, the site had to:
✚ Integrate flexible, modular content management.
✚ Enable simplified deployment in multiple countries.
✚ Easily integrate CRM tools to manage customer interactions.
✚ Propose customized tools such as a carbon emissions calculator and an interactive map.
Solutions provided
✚ Modular development in the form of blocks
We've implemented a library of around 40 reusable blocks, enabling flexible content management and the creation of an almost infinite number of pages without recourse to additional development.
✚ Simplified international content deployment and management
Thanks to the TMGMT method and the custom modules we developed specifically, the initial deployment phase for the 40 countries was made easier, as were content modifications over the long term.
✚ Role management
A highly customized contribution role system has been implemented to facilitate content access management and security. We've set up different moderation states for the site's content to ensure that any modifications are not published and go through pre-publication verification stages.
✚ CRM integration
A dozen forms are now connected to CRM tools (Salesforce and Pardot), making it easier to manage leads and customer interactions.
✚ Interactive map with filters
We've developed an interactive map enabling users to quickly locate agencies around the world based on specific criteria.
✚ Carbon emissions calculation tool
We've developed a calculator enabling users to assess their CO2 emissions based on their logistics needs.
Results and benefits
This redesign has successfully achieved its goals:
➡ Maximum scalability and flexibility: The site is now capable of adapting to any type of need, with unlimited capacity to add content.
➡ Automation and centralization of data : Integration with CRM tools enables optimized lead management and more precise tracking of customer interactions. This has also multiplied the number of contacts.
➡ Simplified international rollout : The TMGMT process facilitated the launch of the platform in several countries with adapted local configurations.
➡ Improving the user experience: the interactive map and CO2 calculator provide high value-added services for customers.
