K.Line is a French aluminum joinery manufacturing company located in the Vendée region. K.Line designs and manufactures made-to-measure aluminum joinery (windows, sliding bay, entrance doors) for homes and businesses, mainly in France, Spain and Italy.

The company markets its products exclusively to professional installers. It is the French leader in aluminum joinery.

What issues and problems have been addressed?

The company wanted to digitize its relationship with resellers based on two major axes:

  • Easier communication with the reseller and facilitate trade.
  • Save time and facilitate the process internally.

The challenges of this project were to take into consideration the double activity and double objectives of the K Line company. On the one hand, the sales side then supporting sales staff in creating quotations and following up various customer files. On the other hand, the technical side as K Line helps its installers with product installation.

To achieve this, our web agency has developed an extranet for resellers to facilitate the process including a dashboard and user experience personalized according to the surfer's usage.
